About Dr. Seider

Dr. Talia Seider is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist with postdoctoral training in geropsychology and extensive experience in assessing and treating psychiatric conditions, insomnia, and cognitive difficulties across the adult lifespan. She tailors treatment to each individual using insights from a thorough intake and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Dr. Seider completed her undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley before earning her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Florida. She trained at UC San Diego for her pre-doctoral internship and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at UC Los Angeles. She achieved ABPP board certification in Clinical Neuropsychology in 2022. Her research background is in healthy cognitive aging and its neurological substrates. Aside from neuropsychological assessment and research, she has experience with cognitive intervention for healthy and cognitively impaired adults, individual and group psychotherapy, and caregiver support.
